We do not collect payment data, passport numbers, or any sensitive personal information.
We share your contact details and property preferences only with the local property expert we have selected for you. We select our partners carefully to ensure they provide professional, reliable service.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not disclose your information to any party other than the matched expert without your explicit consent.
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data
- Erase your data (right to be forgotten)
- Restrict or object to processing
- Data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
- Withdraw consent at any time

If you sign in with the "Continue with Google" button so that you can access your saved properties on several devices, the data controller processes the following data.
What data: the email address, first name and last name of your Google account, the unique identifier provided by Google, the properties you have saved (marked with a heart) and the time of your last sign-in. We do not ask for or store a password.
What we use it for: to synchronise your saved properties between your devices, and to tailor our service to your interests (for example, we may associate your activity on this website with your account).
Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by signing in. You can withdraw it at any time.
Who we share it with: the data controller does not pass your account data to third parties, including our partner agency, unless you yourself send an enquiry about a property. Sign-in is provided by Google Ireland Limited; its processing is governed by Google's privacy policy.
How long we keep it: until you ask us to delete your account.
Your rights: you can request a copy, correction or deletion of your data and object to the processing. Send your request to info@verasolhome.com and your account will be deleted.
Without signing in: if you do not sign in, your saved properties are stored only in your own browser and are not sent to our server.
